St Alban North Harrow

Worship

Our regular services on Sundays are normally as follows. For Online and Weekday Worship please click the menu link above. For the latest Covid-19 guidance from the Church of England see here

8.30am Said Eucharist

A quiet, reflective way to start your day. There are no hymns, but the service includes a sermon. This takes place in the Lady Chapel and lasts for about 40 minutes.

10am Parish Eucharist

This is our main service of the week and when most of the church community come together.   A robed choir lead our music. Most weeks there is a short children's talk at the start of the service before the children leave for Sunday School and young people leave for their youth groups.  There is also an area for young children at the back of the church. This service is currently livestreamed on YouTube. You can find our most recent service below: the order of service and service sheet are on our homepage. We are currently continuing to advise the following of Government advice regarding face coverings and social distancing while community case numbers are high-this will be reviewed in September. While congregational singing is now permitted, we are not yet bringing this back to our midweek service to make provision for those who are anxious or clinically vulnerable.

Most weeks we have an evening service that follows different styles, including services of healing and wholeness, Taize, contemplative prayer and Celtic worship.
