Developed over 20 years ago as a face to face course, The Bereavement Journey has recently been recorded on video and is now available online for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way. By means of a series of films and discussion groups led by volunteer facilitators the five week course gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps. The course also has an optional sixth session on faith questions in bereavement from a Christian perspective. Because this is optional, you are welcome to attend The Bereavement Journey if you are of any faith or none.
St Albans has a long history of helping the Bereaved through our trained bereavement visitors. They were set to start our local course on 12 January and while we can no longer run this online ourselves, you can access it next week by clicking the link here.
