Art in church
We will be
displaying a series of posters by the German artist Sieger Köder over Lent. The set is entitled ‘Invitation’, and has a theme of
a call to life. God calls us out of false images of self towards the truth which set us free. An
accompanying booklet can be found on the table beside the library at the back of church.
Lent Sunday evening service
Our Sunday evening service will include Compline and a discussion element around the theme of 'The Mystery of God'. We will meet in the Lady Chapel at 6.30 and the service will last for about an hour.
Our Lent appeal
During Lent we are contributing to the Diocese of London Modern Day Slavery Appeal. This money will go towards 5 partner charities who are working to end Modern Day Slavery in London. Gift Aid envelopes will be available in church. The collection from our Easter Day service will be donated towards this.
